Mr. Wolf's drawn as a schoolkid since the only Elekid trainer in Gen 2 is a schoolkid in Stadium (and because it's funny!) There's a schoolkid that trains Electabuzz on Route 1 but the name's different, and there's Casey in the Anime but I already drew her https://twitter.com/FrankHghTwr/status/1593999249997713408
