Update to the #nonbinary insurance saga:

  1. A different provider that did offer "Mx" was cheaper so I've switched.

  1. I complained and complained again to the Financial Ombudsman causing the insurer to spend time and effort dealing with that.

  1. I got £330 "compensation".

  1. I have now caused Direct Line to make a loss on insuring me all because of a single letter in their shitty IT.
