Where is the analytics data supposed to go if you aren’t hosting a service to store it? Are you expecting the author of this free and open source analytics platform to also provide free hosting and storage?

So, basically you want an open source google analytics alternative, hosted by someone else, that has a free tier.

I don’t believe that exists. But you shoukd check on alternativeto.com, open each alternative’s web page and check their plans.
