Never exposed myself much to IBM OS/2 and maybe it was better before the warp era compared to other operating systems at the time. But it hasn't aged that well like the BeOS/Haiku experience.
I prefer running an OS natively on the hw but in this case I wasn't that committed. Not yet at least. But maybe #ArcaOS is the modern alternative to Win98SE for #DOS and early Windows Gaming and I should install it on some computer as the only OS.

At the time, #IBM #OS2 #Warp was the best OS to run Microsoft Office on a PC.

@gvlx Even though I was PC user with Windows and Linux in the mid to late 90's I would much prefer to have been a Mac user if Office work was the main use of a computer. Booting up MacOS 7-9 on a computer today and it's still a pretty nice experience imo. But maybe it's just because I didn't use it daily in the 90's and never got to experience the crappy memory management...
