So the colours are getting there. Here's the stag printed in green, plus the hare is slightly darker.

@JohnBloor The Bear and the Bird are my favourites. I would personally make the stag beefier in the front. These are very neat.

@JohnBloor I think it's just the angle of perspective that has the chest part of the stag look dainty. But I'm a random stranger, so please take all random comments with a big bowl of salt.
