@Tho_stark I can highly recommend both books "Developing Inclusive Mobile Apps" by @RobW and "Developing Accessible iOS Apps" by @dadederk. You can also follow Dani's #365DaysIOSAccessibility series with lots of tips and tricks.
One of my favorite talks from WWDC is from Jordyn Castor on "Writing Great Accessibility Labels" from 2019. It's short and and to the point. Same with "Making Apps More Accessible With Custom Actions" by Dan Golden. And there are even more, specific to VoiceOver.
