The literal reason Costco implemented this membership requirement is because people want to shop in peace without lowlife bothering them. These people are TRYING to lose.

@cjd @LostShakerOfSalt yeah that's what I mean. Offering free shit to 10s of millions of people that probably pisses off a few hundred thousand or so isn't the worst idea if offering people free shit is your general go to campaign strategy.

Yeah but those tens of millions of people don't really care about costco because if they did, they'd have memberships. The people who DO shop at costco are like "aww hell no"
