I believe the redirect option can be undone and doesn't make anyone unfollow the old account.

The profile move option on the other hand will make people unfollow the account and has a 30 day timeout before you can do it again.

Though I have no idea whether the redirect option will make people follow you on your new account. I guess it might just be a notice in which case it might be kinda useless since you can just do that in the bio, profile name etc. Idk, not an expert, so do everything at your own risk ofc
