We have fixed some issues 👇

• Fixed a bug where Tusky sometimes mixes up timelines and/or notifications of accounts ✅

• Fixed two bugs where Tusky would not provide the translation option even the server is configured correctly ✅

• Fixed a rare bug that sometimes made Tusky crash at startup ✅

• Fixed a bug where the timeline would randomly jump to the position of the last "show more" placeholder clicked on "oldest first" reading order ✅

I guess. It's not a good video, but the issue is visible.

I just opened the app. It shows a random place in the timeline. I tap "home". It brings me to the top of the home feed. So far, so good.

Now I tap back. I just wanted to leave. Nope. I'm sent to ANOTHER random place in the home feed. I need to tap back again to actually leave.

Let me know if you received the video in good order. I have another one, longer, which I can send you as well, with more tusky weirdness.

@jorgecandeias @Tusky Ok I see the problem, but what did you do before? Did you click any notifications or share something? Are you logged into multiple accounts? Yes send the other video as well please maybe it is helpful.

@ConnyDuck @Tusky I didn't do anything out of the ordinary before. This isn't an occasional thing, triggered by something one does - it's how the app behaves permanently. It started behaving like that maybe a couple of weeks before that toot you've seen, and I didn't do anything to it out of the ordinary then too.

I do use the app with multiple accounts (3 overall), but I already did before.

I'll send the other video in a couple of hours - it's on the other device.

OK, here's the other video.

It opens with me opening the app. It opens in a random place in the timeline. Then there's me fumbling to try to wrap my head around the weirdness of trying to operate the phone through the screen of the device I taped with, but I finally get back to where I was. Then I tap back, trying to leave the app. I don't leave - I just get sent to some other random place in the timeline. I swap up a few times, and with a second tap back, I do leave. 1/2

What?

I mean, I didn't do anything and, as far as I know, there were no software updates, other than the server update at mastodon.social.

Could that have been the source of all this weirdness?
