When I made my own story blog a few months ago i did it to have a place of my own and have some kind of fall back incase something happened to the sites I was posting.
No way in fucking hell I expected to the current events to happen.

@Dofain Yes, and just like twitter is it a reminder not to put your eggs in one basket. But for me it was important to have something controlled by only myself and not any other part (for so far possible)
