@flamed It turned out so good too! I’m loving this routine of smoking meat on the weekends and then creating new things and eating off of it for a good chunk of the week!

@mbjones I always end up with left over ribs as I like to smoke at least two racks at a time, really need to branch out with the leftovers. I’m a sucker for cold ribs the next day though…
