OK hive mind, what are the most impactful places I can donate money for this fall's elections? I'm looking for statewide & congressional races where my money will make a difference. No Amy McGrath / Sara Gideon style money sinks. No grifter Resist holes. I'll consider PACs but only if they have an actual record and spend their money on actual efforts not just consulting and overhead. Tester? State parties? Gallego? Who else?

So, where should I send some $s?

@colo_lee imo @charlesgaba has good state level lists, on which it's easy to pick and choose, for example, swing-state statehouse races. The highest overall impact right now feels likely state legislative and court races in pivotal states, or those where legislature control, veto proof majority, or one party rule could happen in this election. Here in WI new maps and close presidential vote make it interesting, and money will soon go only to the spend on general (WI primary is next week Tuesday)
