@SherBeareth I had no idea what its history was... were the cats the ones auditioning? Or was it something where they were casting upscale women as Samantha Stevens-style witches, black-cat familiar and all?

@dkbgeek Sadly it was a suspense thriller with zero apparent witchiness. I flex being a descendent of Salem infamy’s Rebecca Nurse. Third woman hung during the Trials. And don’t object to Wicca in the house. My all black cat passed a couple of years ago but she was the husband’s shadow, followed him everywhere like a lonely puppy. Even up two flights of stairs at 18 y/o. She posed beautifully and was a crack hunter. Liked almost all dogs she came across.
