@mkyral @sesivany @vtunka if you compare Soviet cities vs. Russian cities modern days, it will be the same. But as a meme I like how it works )) In the context of war it's awful what Putin is doing.

@ngz0 @mkyral @vtunka you can see for yourself. Google has all Russia covered with Street View. If you go outside the rich districts of Moscow, St. Petersburg and a handful of other large cities, the look is definitely closer to the picture on the top than to the one on the bottom. It's not just a funny meme.
