As someone who works on large government websites, I think this post by @anildash should be taught in employee orientations. It’s common for me to see cases where 70% of the entire site is filled with poorly-written, badly-structured PDF and Word documents with names like “pro-drt-1023-final”. https://www.anildash.com//2024/03/10/make-better-documents
