I am finally getting to another one of the @SolarpunkPrompts in my playlist: The Community Center. At first, a community center turned into a place of pilgrimage sounds strange to me. But actually: Crossing the monastic and maybe more holistic tropes of pilgrimage with the very mundane-feeling, maybe even bureaucratic, background of massive skill retraining might very well give a very #Solarpunk story.

I think I still have a lot of notes which didn't end up in the final episode [too complex] about possible conflicts between the pilgrims, the spiritual guides and the coordinators trying to run the courses in an efficient way while responding to the latest wave of senseless firings.
Imagining community on a level deeper than the superficial "eh some people get new jobs here", but coming up with new traditions - is what makes awesome stories

@Anaphory @SolarpunkPrompts also fun with the architecture, with the Originalest Original Community Center being a glorified shipping container next to an old library, with the concentric rings being built around it across the years and decades.
With a monument of someone holding a wind turbine, giving a helping hand to a miner struggling to get to the surface from the mining shaft.
It's one of the Prompts which give you a novel worth of setting :)

@alxd @SolarpunkPrompts Some ideas about internal conflicts were mentioned in the episode so I got some gist, but from the description it felt like the place had moved beyond a world where random layoffs happen, so that is an interesting addition!
