Still requires a login. It says "Labeled by the author". Any chance of making this visible to anyone following the link from your blog piece?

Rereading the post by @kissane about some people's experiences of coming into "Mastodon" (fediverse software beyond Mastodon is barely mentioned).
Got me idly wondering if it would be possible to put together an informal social software standards group, including engineers from all the big platfirms as well as the usual suspects. It could produce detailed reports on how they'd do efficient, human-friendly interoperation - between services large and small - if their bosses let them.

@strypey @worik When they opened up the site, Bluesky allowed people to keep accounts a little more sheltered if they wanted to, and I opted in. I may open it up eventually but for now it feels a bit nicer this way.

Your choice, of course.
Just out of curiosity (not a BlueSky user), is it not possible to set per-post exemptions? If not, maybe worth modifying that widely linked blog post to reflect that choice?
