I'm catching on that #introduction (or is it #introductions ) and #hashtags are a thing so here we go.
I hated twitter, but I follow the #infosec community in it. If one googles my name, they can see I started out on the wrong side of the infosec community, the dumbass side. I liked to penetration test without permission, do CTFs without permission, and thankfully my moral qualms stopped me from exploiting my skills for personal gain, I certainly got caught up in a huge mess that cost me.

I have a unique talent of pissing off folks in power, and decided instead to focus my energies on good. I always thought I'd swerve toward security consulting, but telecommunications found me first, and I remain firmly in the telecom field at this point, still upsetting those in (duopoly) power, but doing so for the forces of good.
I use my skills and talent to advance the art, and make sure our network is secure and resilient, and that our customers are well served by my experiences.

I straight up probably threaded this wrong and I'm new on #mastodon and I forgot to hashtag #telecommunications but I'm finding I hate this a lot less than twitter. See you all around the #fediverse , not to be confused with the fediverse I found myself entangled with in the early 2000s. Lol.

I also have a couple #cats that are absolutely adorable. This one is Jayne. My Asana profile at work states my job as "enabling the transmission of millions of cat photos a day" and that's not inaccurate. Here's one more. #catsofmastodon
