In my understanding of #ActivityPub its amazing for decentralized data that is "transient" aka you send it, you catch it when you listen for it, but once it was sent it's gone. Are there any examples of platforms using ActivityPub for repository synchronization?
Right now I'm imagining something like a songbooks, where I subscribe to artists to get their full discography into my book. Updates via ActivityPub sure, but the initial sync would be outside the protocol, right?

Mit @blickpunkte ist nun mein zweiter Bot live. Dieser postet über den Tag verteilt die gestrigen Bilder des Tages von Tagesschau.de. Ich mag die Bilder dort schon seit vielen Jahren sehr, leider gab es nie einen Feed und ich bin nicht mehr täglich auf News-Seiten.
(Eventuell benenne ich ihn irgendwann noch um in "Bilder des Vortages" Ursprünglich hatte es Gründe beim Testen, dass ich nur den Vortag nam, aber irgendwie mag ich es. Wir sollten eh alle weg vom immer-alles-sofort.)

Sollte die Neuwahl wie angegeben am 23.02.2025 stattfinden, ist ein Versand der Briefwahlunterlagen durch die Wahlämter erst ab dem 10.02.2025 möglich. Vorher liegen den Wahlämtern die dafür notwendigen Stimmzettel nicht vor.

In meinem Bekanntenkreis arbeitet jemand leidenschaftlich als ESG-Beauftrage und verzweifelt an einem Unternehmen, dass versucht noch die kleinsten sinnvollen Themen zu untergraben. Es kann nur ein Account pro Server und auch "nur" Posten, nichts interaktives, aber gerade für sowas wie diesen Bot ist es ausreichend. Offen ist noch, wie ich Follower umziehe, das hat beim ersten Versuch nicht geklappt.
