I'm watching Groundhog Day (it's free on Amazon Prime), which takes place on a perpetual Feb. 2 (still today in the real world, at least for the next ~3 hours on the US east coast). Will have to try to find out (or come up with) the word for the sensation of watching a character in fiction recite dialogue that coincides in some way with the present moment (including beyond just temporally).

Hi cooperators! Is anyone aware of US federal tax code that exempts (or provides a deduction to) a business owner from paying capital gains taxes on the sale of a company to the workers, and in which the transfer of stocks is not involved?
