Je suis développeur web et depuis plus de 15 ans, j'ai dû tester une centaine d'outils de réseaux sociaux centralisés ou #p2p, et étudié leur protocole correspondant (xmpp, status.net, OStatus, activityPub...).

Depuis quelques années, un protocole vraiment distribué attire les développeurs "hacktiviste" du monde entier, c'est #nostr !

Avec une simple paire de clé, vous créez votre identité unique sur tout le réseau et toutes vos données sont chiffrées. C'est du vrai "#web3".

J'ai déjà quitté X.

Je n'y vais simplement presque plus. Comme Facebook il y a des années, ces réseaux ne captent plus mon attention. Leur algorithme a fini par dégénérer leur raison d'être.

Mais je n'irai pas sur Bluesky non plus.

Bluesky est une dinguerie à installer. Il faut de gros serveurs donc gros budget. Ce n'est pas distribué, difficilement décentralisable et utilise son propre protocole. Juste un silo de plus.

Quel intérêt de passer de #twitter à #bluesky ? Ça reste du silo propriétaire. À quand une prise de conscience sur la nature des plateformes et un engouement vers du décentralisé comme #mastodon ou décentralisé avec #nostr ?
