went to the beach to see if it'd be good for the #blueorigin #newglenn launch tonight

there was enough of a breeze for the seagulls to fly with almost-zero ground speeds, not much above where i was standing

hard to keep a 200-800mm lens pointed at 'em though

lol was having so much trouble getting the r5m2 to talk mtp to lightroom on mac or ios, and it absolutely would not talk to eos utility on mac either

so i was importing raws to my phone's camera roll (apple also doesn't support r5m2 raws yet) and then importing them into lightroom, waiting for them to sync to lightroom clod over my parents' wifi, and then working them on my mac

turns out the mac eos utility update notification was hitting an old feed or something and after grabbing the current version it worked great

is this more or less annoying than ferrying a yogurt container full of cans to wynwood and scanning negatives? sound off in the comments! lichen subscribe
