Just witnessed the most laid-back police chase ever. Was walking back home, and I see a guy jogging towards me, with a cop about 10 meters behind him, jogging at the same speed.
Behind that cop was another one, who clearly had decided that he wasn't about to tire himself with this pursuit; he was just walking.
Clearly, this was a dangerous criminal that needed to be apprehended as soon as possible!

So damn tired again. During my hospital stay last week, it was discovered I'm severely anemic (Hemoglobin levels below 4). Received three bags of blood.
Seems like the boost I received was only temporary. I have a phone consultation tomorrow, in preparation for more tests needing to be done.

Because I spent 4 days in the hospital last week, there was quite a bit of testing done.
The hospital has an app that shows appointments and the results of those tests.
I have no idea what any of it means (some tests were normal, others deviated from the norm).
The biggest issue they found was that I'm severely anemic, so more testing needs to be done.
The issue I was admitted for is getting a lot better, though. I went from feeling ok to very sick in the span of 1.5 days.

Started a new book last night, and while Urban Fantasy/Paranormal isn't my preferred genre (Laurel K. Hamilton completely ruined the genre for me), it was interesting and engaging enough to keep me reading.
Until the story completely changed the MC about 60% in.
I absolutely hate this. There was nothing wrong with the MC. But no, let's change her into a fucking human/snake hybrid. For Fuck's Sake.
