En effet, on remarque que dans le groupe suivi le mieux inséré, on atteint au maximum le plafond de 40 % d’emploi. Le calcul est simple : 60 % d’entre elles restent sans emploi. Cela signifie probablement que ces personnes-là ne peuvent pas travailler, et les y forcer sera inutile. Ça ne pourra que les rendre encore plus vulnérables.
