We used to have a convention that any option that opens another prompt or navigates somewhere has an ellipsis after it. Like this: "Save to playlist…"

It both helps set expectations, and makes it easier to find the option you're looking for. I'm looking for the "Add to library" option, I know there won't be ellipsis next to it.

This context menu in YouTube Music is completely illegible to me. Adding icons does not make your menu immediately easier to read — Google has been notorious for really bad icons recently.

Here's one in #discord: "new unread" marker shows in the sidebar, but the unread channel in question is the one i have open on the right already. The marker isn't needed in this case.
