Just polished off one heck of a breakfast as I now wash it down with my first cuppa #coffee. Made scrambled eggs with spinach and had it with this delicious almond bread A made yesterday. Some butter on top of that, and wow, heaven! :flan_excite:

While it's only Thursday, tomorrow is a teacher planning day which means it's going to be an easy Friday (for the most part), and since it's before the MLK Jr. holiday on Monday, we get to leave 30 minutes early tomorrow, so I'm excited. :flan_excite:​
