Worauf ich mich echt ewig gefreut habe: Tacos de barbacoa. Hammelfleisch in Maisfladen. Natürlich mit Zwiebeln, Koriander und Salsa. ¡Super rico!

Heute zum ersten Mal gegessen: Pancita (3. Bild). Aka Saumagen auf mexikanisch. Auch vom Hammel und mit Innereien. Genial! 🤤
