Wenn eine Behörde nicht binnen eines Monats auf ein Auskunftsbegehren nach Artikel 15 #DSGVO reagiert, berechtigt das dann zur Erhebung der #Untätigkeitsklage?

Habe jetzt konkret nix von einem VG finden können, nur viele Urteile aus der ordentlichen und der Arbeitsgerichtsbarkeit, die keine Antwort binnen eines Monats als DSGVO-Verstoß sehen
