Heute wieder #Kaltbaden ja sogar #Eisbaden im #Aubad in #Tulln

Der See ist bis auf die Badeöffnung sm Steg zugefroren.

Aber ich spüre jetzt mit diesen tiefen Temperaturen durchaus positive gesundheitliche Auswirkungen.

Die Entzündungen und Reizungen im Körper gehen deutlich zurück und plagen mich weniger. 👍👍👍👍
