Seit Jahrzehnten arbeitet die Politik mit großem Erfolg daran, die Bahn immer schlechter und schlechter werden zu lassen. Anschließend wird über Verluste geklagt. Dabei drängt sich die Frage auf, warum kritische Infrastruktur wie die Bahn überhaupt Gewinne einfahren muss. Wie hoch sind etwa im Vergleich dazu die Gewinne der deutschen Straßen, in die mal eben 11,5 Milliarden Euro Steuergeld pro Jahr investiert werden? Moment, wir berechnen das mal eben: Minus 11,5 Milliarden Euro! Das ist ja noch viel schlimmer als die Verluste der Bahn! Und da sind Subventionen wie Dienstwagenprivileg, vergünstigter Diesel und Pendlerpauschale noch gar nicht mit drinnen.

Großartig wie die #OpenStreetMap #Community diesen abertausenden Fall von Propaganda-Vandalismus beseitigt. Ganz unbemerkt und ungedankt. Erhalten diese Freiwilligen ein Stück Digitale Infrastruktur.

Wenn die Chef Ermittlern zum #CumExSkandal kündigt, weil sie meint in einem NGO mehr erreichen zu können, dann ist das armselig von unserer Politik.

Meine Tochter (7) benötigt ein neues #Fahrrad, aus dem ersten ist sie rausgewachsen, sie ist 125cm groß.

Ich habe Schwierigkeiten mich im Markt zurecht zu finden. Was wäre eine vernünftige Marke / Fahrrad für kleine Ausflüge und kurzer #Schulweg?

[#]Whatsapp is updating it's Terms and conditions again. The problem with #centralized services where everyone from your work or school is on.. There is basically nothing one can do, beside quitting or accepting whatever they come up with.

That's one of the biggest problems with #centralized services, and one of the reasons why I prefer #xmpp and the #fediverse

I'm using #CalyxyOS on my phone, using #microg as location service.

Now hearing that #mozilla will shut down its location provider, I checked my settings and noticed I can't choose the installed location backends like https://f-droid.org/packages/helium314.localbackend/ anymore. Only a swipe for Mozilla and one for local storage.

Is this local backend now integrated, and is this change by #calyx or microg, that I can't choose more backends anymore?

After a long time, the #xmpp server #prosody released its next stable version 0.12. It was time well spend, there is a big leap in features, just to pick one, I want to highlight the invite system. Known from the sister project #snikket.org.
