I'm still convinced that zero knowledge proofs would be incredibly useful for trust and safety in the fediverse

federated sharing of IP addresses, email addresses, usernames, and any moderation decisions about that data, shared automatically between federated services. but privately without exposing any of the real data

You might some how feel privileged, like you can just safely keep using Telegram

You might blame your friends for all being there so you conveniently stay. You’re all doing that to each other

You might even have some friends, or friends of friends who use Telegram who are disliked by the up and coming Trump administration

You’re either digging your own grave or the graves of your friends by letting them all know you still trust it enough to stay there

Same goes for Discord, Slack, Snapchat…
