How likely is it that my old mainboard will support more RAM than specified as the max? Does someone know more about this specific thing or it's chip?

Giving #fluffychat another try since I needed another #Matrix account and already had two matrix apps on my phone and computer. AIO has automatic backup and restore on the host it runs on, why can't that be used for server migration?
If I'm undergoing manual database migration, I might as well switch back to a native installation. I liked the (working!) auto updates and backup & restore of AIO, though, as well as not having to take care of whatever php version is supported.

Ich bräuchte mal Hilfe beim #Heimnetz. Derzeit ist im Keller das Glasfasermodem und oben steht die Fritzbox und macht Wlan. Wir haben über die Etagen nur ein einziges Lankabel.
Die Fritzbox soll in den Keller, damit ich 1-2 Geräte da unten betreiben kann. Welches Gerät wäre stattdessen für oben gut? Im Prinzip brauche ich ein Switch das Wlan macht. Fritz Repeater liegt nahe und hätte auch den Vorteil, dass ich im FritzBox Interface sehe, wie und mit welcher Bandbreite die Geräte verbunden sind. Aber die sind auch recht teuer, Mesh brauch ich nicht und vielleicht gibt's ja andere Sachen die sinnvoller sind. Hat da wer Empfehlungen?
