Ihr Reifen touchiert meinem Fuß. Als ich ihr zurufe "Entschuldigung bitte, passens auf, sie wären mir gerade fast über den Fuß gefahren" entgegnet sie "sie werden schon noch sehen". Sie düst mit lauten Motorwirbel davon. Ihr kennzeichen beinhaltet die Ziffernfolge 88. Wieso wundert mich nichts mehr.
Zum Glück ist nichts passiert und jetzt erstmal ein Tässle Kaffee. ☕

For example if gets updated, it gets deleted etc. Do you propagate an update to the followers, so that their targets instances, who might only know about that object because of your announce get informed?

So every #ActivityPub application is doing signature verification of incoming POST requests via a deprecated publicKeyPem attribute?
Most of them handle various formats, but some only handle X.509 encoded keys.
This are the moments when I get quite frustrated developing ActivityPub. I found out about this details after refactoring an upcoming feature for the "Event Bridge for ActivityPub" #WordPress plugin and following a bug for countless hours.

Ich wollte euch gleich mal fragen, ob ihr wisst, dass ihr auch eure Website, die mit WordPress betrieben wird direkt ans Fediverse anbinden könnt? Auch ohne Account auf Mastodon. Das ganze ist ziemlich gut aufgestellt, da das Plugin von der Firma selbst entwickelt und betreut wird die WordPress selbst machen: https://wordpress.org/plugins/activitypub/.
Mastodon bietet allerdings viel bessere Möglichkeiten, wenn ihr selbst auch anderen folgen wollt.

Some plugin reviewer at WordPress.org is trying to kill all my motivation to contribute to any #WordPress project:

Das Grazer Theater KiStl musste sich ja bereits vor längerer Zeit von ihrer primären Spielstätte, ein altes Häsuchen in einem traumhaften Innenhof des Grazer Herz-Jesu Viertels, trennen.
Nun soll es abgerissen werden und modernen Immobilienprojekten zum Opfer fallen.
Heute um 15:00 Uhr findet im Rahmen des @freiraumfest dort eine Kundgebung mit Lesung statt.

This is a feature I was looking for myself and due to the amazing work of @pfefferle on the #ActivityPub plugin things like this are now possible to realize pretty straight forward. The hardest part for me is getting UI right.
This was a little side project, and I was challenging myself how fast I could get a prototype to work. But #Gutenberg and #React is something you do not get used to in an hour. I'll try to release the source soon.
