Is anyone here versed in #podman and #quadlet ? I'm trying to get the latest version to work on Raspbian (Debian 12), I got it installed by building from source, podman works, quadlet seems to work, the issue arises when I create a .continer file so systemd picks i tup and creates a service, the service unit created has the following podman path: ~/.local/bin/bin/podman and for the love of me, I can't figure out where this is coming from? Tried setting PODMAN env var tbut no joy.

All this to say that the little exposure I had to "podman created > podman generate" workflow it's anything but smooth, and quadlets look really promising, although there's something nice about having one file defining several services (you can use podlet to export quadlets files from a containers compose file). What was mean to be a quick evening port ended up spanning days and frustration 🥲

Ive been trying to port the podman-compose setup in my Pi to something more podman native, converted the compose file into podman run/create command(s), then use podman generate systemd; to then discover that quadlets are a thing, proceed to translate one of the containers to realise that the pi doesn't ship podman 4.4, which implements quadlets. Yay, I guess it's time to build podman on the pi. And to makes things smoother, i kept getting odd permission errors on the mounts/volumes.

Recently watched Claymore (2007) anime adaptation, and while I enjoyed it, I think it doesn't capture, maybe it was the pacing, just how strong/badass the characters are, at least I got that feeling. Now if only they got on with season 2...

Is there a #Python build system that allows vendoring only the used parts of dependencies? Say I use dependency.constants.BLUE, I would expect the build system to create the folder structure in a way that the import still works, but nothing else is brought from dependency .
