End of a great session on "What to do until retirement" by @rradczewski at #SoCraTesUK

Very neat age range of people who had seen many boom/bust cycles.

My take-aways: this cycle feels different but also highlight of learning: focus on your strengths (or a few weaknesses to improve) and become very good at a few things: there will be demand for that.

Also: find your sufficiency.

We now have a schedule for day 2 of the open space at #SoCraTesUK ✨

If you can get near Oxford, UK next week, we've still got a few places and a great offer for talking / practising software crafting with excellent people over a few days, as well as a dedicated training day.
