Today in US health insurance: doctor's office is badgering me to pay for a routine visit in early 2023. Every time I have called them they apologized and said they would figure out what happened with insurance. Today I called insurance and found out they denied the claim because it was supposed to be submitted to an IPA, rather than directly to insurance. Called the IPA: they denied it because they thought I didn't have insurance. None of these companies thought to call each other. 🤬
