As I grow older more and more I keep thinking I have ADHD and/or some level neurodivergence.

I’ve become aware of how some of my behaviour can be seen as really off, too set once I make up my mind or abhorring the the thought of having my plans changed or my expectations subverted or crushed.

I wonder if it would make any difference trying to seek a diagnosis.
