Is this the CPU source for the Hazard3 #riscv cores in the new #RaspberryPi 2350 chip?

If so, it's yet another chip that seems to not implement the TOR PMP addressing mode. It's really not a great sign for the RISC-V ecosystem that even the "core privileged" spec is so fragmented that people can just claim to implement "PMP", but in some weird "we don't implement all of it" kind of way. 😦

Makes it quite hard to build portable OSes for RISC-V.
