my quest for making vegan mapo tofu has once again yielded something that tastes opposite of what it looks like.

tastes amazing but looks like, uhh, yeah.

(normal tofu was unfortunately way over the due date and I used silken tofu instead because I had that at home)

getting an angry "well are you going to cross or not?" by the oldest and slowest lady on a bike i've seen this year was not on my bingo card.

best part: she rung the bell like 20s before when a car was doing a weird thing in the same street and i didn't think that was for me, i just took a side step, looked behind to see if she's still there and then got that line.

it was on a very wide path with a dead end and oh so much space for her not to be up my ass.

as someone who cosplays an engineer (software engineers aren't real, fight me) I have a deep appreciation for the mechanism that is an automatic coffee maker. as the person cleaning said machine I have a deep hatred for who designed this mold maker.
