I have preordered a Mac Mini. The non-pro, but with 24G of memory, and a 1TB SSD. My six-year-old MacBook Pro has accelerated its slow death in the past month. Plus, I've realized I don't really need a portable anymore. I never work outside the house. I spent less on a computer, and will put the difference into a nice desk set up.
