Nintendo: a bunch of big shitty whiny babies, filing suit for violations of video game design software patents.

(because they don't like this game that lampoon's Pokémon, even though it targets only an adult audience, on PC only, and doesn't actually infringe any IP, but Nintendo wishes it did, so I guess this is all they have)

The apps on my phone now use so much RAM they have to reload each time I switch between them, because I guess you just can’t fit two phone apps that display static text and images in 3gb of RAM anymore. The same apps that do the same things they did 7 years ago on this phone. That’s just how it has to be. It can’t be helped.

"Kawasaki Heavy Industries reports data falsification on ship engines

KHI announced that it altered data on 673 of 674 engines mounted on vessels including large cargo ships, container ships and tankers in and after 2000, when regulations on harmful nitrogen oxides were enforced.

KHI says it changed data by manipulating testing equipment to keep values within the permissible range decided with customers. It says this could have an impact on nitrogen oxide emissions."
