Today, after the build failed locally with ENOSPC, I discovered someone considered it wise to provision a full, separate linux userland incl. gcc and assorted development tooling to wait 5 seconds. [By compiling a minimal sleep.c into a static binary and invoking it later in different container.] Docker was a mistake.

The replacement backlight of one of my monitors suddenly remembered that it was originally a room-lamp and switching on twice means I want the "warm" light color.

Got me confused initially, but now I understand it's a feature, because I can just switch to the backup backlight LEDs when the blue-ish ones are finally burned out one day.

Über sowas könnte ich mich ewig aufregen.

1. Cellulosenitrat exisiert. Vermutlich sollen Arbeitshefte trotzdem dabei sein.

2. Der Erlass mit dem uns kopierten Wortlaut ist 2019 außer Kraft getreten (steht sogar auf unserer Kopie so drauf).

3. Der aktuelle Erlass tritt außer Kraft, bevor die Schule um ist. Über einen weiteren werden wir aber nicht informiert.

4. Das ist eine Verwaltungsvorschrift (und nennt konsequenterweise auch keine gesetzliche Grundlage), was geht ein Kind die an?

Randomly copying cmake include files from other parts of the tree, because the original author of the commit which broke the build probably did nothing else to obtain the files which he subsequently forgot to git add, anyway. sigh
