Now that my hospital episode is over (no surgery, yay! Just weeks & weeks of healing but that's fine) I finally have time to ANSWER to you all!

I can't believe the amount of absolutely heart warming messages I've gotten in the past few days 😳

I'll go through every single one tomorrow with time 💖

I'm just so stunned what an amazing community this is. Why I didn't discover #Mastodon sooner?! I was utterly ready to give up on ALL SoMe and now I'm thrilled to log in here.

What is your color of this year - and why?

Mine is, surprisingly, yellow 💛

It’s actually my least favorite color but it was a no-brainer as my theme for this year was joy, happiness and creativity.

(How ironic as I am writing this from the hospital waiting room… fourth visit this year and I have a hunch not the last…)

I thought I could paint something yellow as a reminder but then I made this yesterday. Not quite finished yet but thought I could still share this with you ☀️

Happy Saturday everyone 🌲

My day started waayyy too early as I headed to MRI 🥱 I guess we’ll find out on Monday whether my wrist needs a surgery or not 👀

(Managed to slip on Wednesday and well… it’s been a couple of days)

Luckily I have photos waiting to be edited so I have things to do - even if (when… I mean my radius is anyways fractured so even if my wrist would miraculously turn out better than ecpected…) I can’t shoot anything new 🤷‍♀️

As Meta lost it’s marbles (and me, I can’t work in places like that, noup), I’m gladly giving this a go 👋

So I guess this is my #introduction post! 😄

I’m Tiia, a nature & fine art #photographer from Southern Finland 🇫🇮 I shoot mostly macro but also some landscapes. I used to work in IT and also as a business coach but took my leap of faith last summer and made photography my job ❤️ Feels so good to be ”home”!
