Wow. I've written both my Senators and my Congressman twice in one week (I keep it to one issue per communication,)

That's one more time than the prior ten years.

Take care of those who are suffering.

Protect those who can't protect themselves.

Make noise.

Resist with your time and other resources.

Take care of family and friends.

Take care of yourself.
