Another tech recs thread: Where are people renting servers nowadays? Bonus points if they're viable for hosting email.

Currently I have everything on free Oracle Cloud VPSes, which have been perfectly competent, but it's nice not to keep all your eggs in one basket.

Hello, lovely people! New instance, time for a new #introduction... substantially the same as the last one.

I'm a trans, #ActuallyAutistic girl-shaped creature from #Scotland. My special interests are widely varied and often picked up from the people I'm close to; right now I'm really into #DoctorWho, #trains, #BoardGames, #selfhosting, #worldbuilding, #Netrunner and #tea, but it might be several completely different things this time next year.

Paragon-tier computerer, subclassing in webdev but with enough skill points in sysadmin, networking and DevOps that I might consider respeccing. Also took a couple of levels in earth sciences. Bonus feat: One of those weirdoes who actually likes #CSS.

I'm currently prepping for a #Pathfinder2e #TTRPG campaign I'm planning to start this year and will be liveblogging worldbuilding notes under #SpiceAndPaper.

Always very interested to meet new friends who share interests!
