Die Umwege und Aussetzer bzg. solcher Abarten der Stromgewinnung sind doch eh nur als ABM/Einnahmequelle gedacht.

Jeder Mensch weiß doch, dass Solarstrom, Windenergie und Wasserkraft preiswerter sein müssen, als Vorläufe für die Inbetriebnahme von AKW, Endlagersuche, Aufarbeitung, Umweltverschmutzung, Angriffsziel von Feinden etc. Diese Kosten werden natürlich auch berechnet, sogar noch in der EEG Umlage und der Netzgebühren.
