Anyone else in Spain on Movistar (Telefónica) unable to connect to infosec.exchange ?

Afaict it's just a local ISP issue as mobile and neighbours WiFi is ok (yes neighbour shared their network!)

Previous reports posted online pointed to Cloudflare reachability issue on Movistar end...
