Canadian government warns of hard times ahead as 75% of our exports go to USA.

Why? Was no lesson learned last Trump term? No diversification?

Or are those industries owned by USA corporations?

With tit for tat and USA goods going up in prices, is Canada lowering tariffs on similar items from other Countries? To hell with Tesla, but I’d sure love a BYD tariff free.

For the last two weeks in #victoriabc , we have had one “Bomb Cyclone “ (wind storm) after another. Our nighttime lows are what were our daytimes highs normally. Right now in the dark, I hear the wind ripping at my home with rain pelting my windows.

All kinds of weather today, 100+km/h wind, heavy rains, sun and back to rains. This showed up near sunset, makes you forgive the mess beforehand. Just visible is the lighter rainbow above.

Big windstorm last night, power out for a couple of hours. More damn leaves to cleanup, all from neighbours…..
