A little present for @Serpkah :)

Backstory: late at night we somehow came up within a discord-voice-chat-round with several others somehow to a topic related to clean chat up and stuff and somehow ended with this idea! So i went ahead and asked @Ikaika if she can do it and it turned out beautiful!

I am looking for a simple blogging and/or gallery (photos with tags and folder structure if possible) software for a website i want to make, i know WP but with the whole cookie nonsense and its heavy weight i dont really want that.. anyone has some suggestions for me?
