30 Minuten Pommes Frites

(30 minutes French Fries)

Super einfach!

Heute Abend habe ich wieder Pommes Frites gemacht, weil wir Lust darauf hatten, aber nicht nochmal raus wollten. In 30 Minuten enspannter Küchenarbeit war der ungesunde Genuss dann fertig! Kartoffeln sind meistens im Haus. Ich nehme "vorwiegend festkochende".

Geht ganz einfach, es folgt "Kochen nach Bildern..." 🥔 🔥 😀 🍟 😎

Nie unter Dunstabzugshauben frittieren! Ölfeuer nie mit Wasser löschen!

Wochenende! Zeit fürs FamilienFotoAlbum... 😀

Im Bild: "Alte Liebe", Cuxhaven, Nordsee. Das Bild ist irgendwann zwischen 1953 und 1964 aufgenommen worden. Es zeigt das alte Kaiserliche Telegraphenamt, bevor der heutige "Radarturm" gebaut wurde. Links der Semaphor, der heute noch steht. Er zeigt die Wetterbdingungen auf zwei Inseln an: Helgoland und Borkum. Jeder Arm sind zwei WIndstärken, also Windstärke 8! Mehr auf cuxpedia.de.
